Overview

Spy: The Party Game ("the App") is developed and operated by Andrii Moisol ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, the third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain data automatically:

• Device information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage data — screens visited, features used, session duration, in-app events
• Crash and performance data — crash logs, error reports, app performance metrics
• Advertising identifiers — IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), used for ad delivery and measurement, subject to your consent
• IP address — used to infer approximate country/region for analytics

Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, each with their own privacy practices:

Firebase (Google LLC)

We use multiple Firebase products:

• Firebase Analytics — tracks app usage and user engagement
• Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports to help us fix bugs
• Firebase Performance Monitoring — monitors app startup time and network performance
• Firebase Remote Config — delivers configuration updates without requiring an app update
• Firebase Authentication — manages anonymous or signed-in user sessions

Amplitude

We use Amplitude for product analytics to understand how players interact with game features. Amplitude collects usage events and device metadata. For more information, see Amplitude Privacy Policy.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and related data to deliver personalised or non-personalised ads based on your consent choices. We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage your consent in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. For more information, see Google Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

The data collected through the above services is used to:

• Diagnose and fix crashes and performance issues
• Understand how players use the App to improve the experience
• Deliver advertisements (personalised or non-personalised, based on your consent)
• Apply remote configuration settings

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only with the third-party service providers listed above, solely to provide the services described in this policy, and in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

Your Privacy Choices

When you first launch the App, you will be presented with a consent prompt (powered by Google UMP) that allows you to choose whether personalised advertising is enabled. You can update your ad preferences at any time in the App's settings.

On iOS, you can also limit ad tracking through Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Data Retention

Analytics and crash data is retained according to the default retention policies of the respective third-party services. We do not store personal data on our own servers.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

International Users

The App is available in multiple countries. If you are located outside of Ukraine, your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
