These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Andrii Moisol ("Developer") governing your use of the Spy: The Party Game mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for App Store applications, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between Apple's EULA and these Terms, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to matters specifically governed by it.
The App, including all content, graphics, game mechanics, text, audio, and software, is the exclusive property of Andrii Moisol and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights by using the App.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. The Developer reserves the right to change pricing or discontinue in-app items at any time.

The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or features within it) at any time without notice. The App is provided "as available" and the Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDRII MOISOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The App integrates third-party services (including Firebase, Amplitude, and Google AdMob). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
